With the Contentsquare CS Live extension, you can create zones and analyze the performance directly on your site. You can also create new segments based on your analysis, and get insights on the spot.
In case you are using CS Live and you are experiencing that the UI in CS Live is not displaying correctly or is broken.
To try to resolve the issue, please complete the steps below:
Refresh the page and re-launch the CS Live extension
Once the page is finished loading and CS Live is enabled, check if the issue is still ongoing and if not, proceed with the following troubleshooting steps:
Clear your browser's cache and cookies
1. Open the developer tools in Chrome and press Ctrl + Shift + I on Windows or Option + ⌘ + J on Apple macOS.
2. Then, click the 'Application tab', click the 'Storage' icon on the left side, and press the 'Clear site data button'.
3. Close Chrome and reopen it, then try to log into CS Live again and see if the issue is resolved.
4. Check if the issue is still ongoing and if not, proceed with the following troubleshooting step below.
Uninstall and Reinstall CS Live
1.Open Chrome and type the following in the address bar:
about:extensions
2. Or click on the 'more options' menu > 'Select More More Tools' > 'Extensions' > 'Remove'
3. Click 'Remove' again when prompted to confirm.
4. Go to the Chrome web store and reinstall CS Live by clicking on 'Add to Chrome'
Once the Contentsquare CS Live extension was added, reopen Chrome and check if the issue is now resolved.
