Authorized email domains (example: @companyname.com) are created during your Contentsquare Implementation process to allow for authorized new user creation and SSO configuration. Authorizing an email domain increases account security, ensuring that only users with that domain can access your Contentsquare account.
How to confirm an Authorized Email Domain for a new user
As an Admin creating a new user you will need to ensure the user has an email address that matches the authorized email domain:

How to define your Authorized Email Domain during SSO configuration
While configuring your SSO, you will be prompted to select from these pre-approved authorized email domains. You can select multiple authorized email domains.
