Embedded insights enable you to quickly identify and prioritize page zones based on detected friction and its impact on revenue and conversion. Insights automatically highlights potential issues and presents them in a report panel with zone-specific information, simplifying the process of identifying and prioritizing areas for improvement.
How to open embedded insights in zoning
1. Visit Zoning Analysis, then select a zoning from the zonings list.
2. Click Insights to create the report.
If no insights are detected for the chosen zoning, the 'Insights' button will be greyed out.
3. The report includes the number of insights found for the selected zoning and a list of individual insights, along with corresponding impacted traffic and lost conversions.
- Explore the insights in more detail by examining the individual Insights cards. Hovering over a card will highlight the associated zone. Zones without insights will display "N/A".
- Ensure that your zones are granular enough to distinguish between different insights. You can edit your zones by clicking Edit zones.

Insights detection is page-based, so the highlighted zone might not appear in the current snapshot. We suggest watching the session replay for better context on the frustration. If needed, create a new snapshot that includes the zone.
- Click See replays to visualize user interactions via Session Replay.
- Click-based insights (such as Rage clicks, Field - multiple clicks, Button - multiple clicks), can be saved as a segment using the three-dots menu and clicking Save as new segment.
