What do you see?
- Observe the data and note down anything you find interesting.
- Is it surprising? Expected?
4. Interpret
What does it mean?
- Why do users behave the way they do?
- Formulate your observations and hypothesis into insights.
- Use it to group and refine your observations.
5. Act
Take action!
- Based on your hypothesis, what changes/action can you implement to ease the user journey on the site.
