Quickly identify frustrating sessions and gain insights for improvement by creating and applying segments based on user frustration across all Contentsquare modules.
Create and save frustration score as a segment
1. Click on the segment selector in the Analysis context.
2. Select Frustration score from the drop-down menu.
3. Select (from the next drop-down) sessions with a:
- high level (41 to 100) frustration score
- medium level (11 to 40) frustration score
- low level (0 to 10) frustration score
- custom frustration score between custom values of your choice
4. You can now choose to:
- Directly apply your segment to your analysis by clicking on the 'Apply' option
- Navigate to the Impact Quantification module and quantify the impact of the Frustration score on conversion and revenue, by clicking on 'Quantify'
5. Save your segment to the Contentsquare platform by clicking on 'Save as new Segment'.
Create and save Frustration score on a specific page
1. Click on the segment selector in the Analysis context.
2. Select 'Same Pageview' from the drop-down menu (under user actions).
3. Select the 'Viewed Page' condition.
4. Click on the 'Select a page or page group' menu to set up your segment on any page of your site or a specific page by using the page builder menu.
5. For the 'Where' parameter, click 'Frustration Score' in the drop-down menu and select the level of frustration you want your analysis to focus on.
6. You can now choose to:
- Directly apply your segment to your analysis by clicking on the 'Apply' option
- Navigate to the Impact Quantification module and quantify the impact of the Frustration score on conversion and revenue, by clicking on 'Quantify'
- Save your segment by clicking on 'Save as new Segment'
