How does a headline get triggered
Every Monday you get new headlines automatically triggered for you and your team on the project. The trigger follows a detection of a 5% variation in your KPIs by comparing the last 7 days to the previous 7 days (from Monday to Sunday). Headlines are displayed as individual widgets that surface variations in your website’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
There are four headline categories that will guide you in your action:
- Urgent: Follow our recommendations and investigate immediately!
- To monitor: This headline indicates the need to investigate an abnormal behavior, such as an overall increase in frustration score.
- Information: Factual data surfaced for you with a comparison to a market trend.
- Success: A positive variation has been detected!
Here are the KPIs that we use to trigger our headlines:
- Conversion rate: (Conversion rate corresponds to the number of sessions during which visitors completed an ecommerce transaction.)
- Bounce rate: (Bounce rate corresponds to the ratio between the visitors who landed on the page and left the site without having seen a second page and all visitors who landed on the page.)
- Session time: (The average time spent from entry on the site to site exit for each session.)
- Frustration score: (Level of frustration encountered by the user while browsing on a particular pageview, based on friction indicators. The higher the score, the more frustration the user experienced.)
- Error rate: (If you have Errors module enabled.)
-
Revenue: Measures the total e-commerce income generated by your site.
-
Average cart: Gives insight into how much customers typically spend per order.
-
Number of sessions: Is the period from when a user lands on a page to when they leave or remain inactive for 30 minutes or more.
-
Largest Contentful Paint (LPC): Average render time for the largest visible content (example: image or text block) across all pages. This metric is part of Core Web Vitals.
