Introduction

Analyze how users interact on your page directly in the replay player, with Zoning metrics in Session Replay.

This feature is available for iOS Android projects.

How to create zones and see Zoning metrics

1. Pause the replay (optional).

2. Click on 'See Zoning metrics'.

3. Create single or multi zones with the zone selector.

4. Use the metric selector drop down menu to switch between metrics.

5. Click on your zones to display the metrics

To view exposure metrics on your zones, you will need to save the Zoning to complete your analysis in the Zoning Analysis module. 

6. Click on 'Save Zoning Analysis' if you want to save the Zoning.7. You will be re directed to the Zoning Analysis module.

The Embedded Zoning displays data for the specific URL related to the Replay you are viewing, even if a page group is selected in the Replay list. When saving a zoning you can edit the page and switch to a page group if needed from the 'Change Page to Analyze' button in Zoning.
