In this guide, we'll show you how to grant access to your microphone and camera for your interview. This means that the Interviews platform will be allowed to access your microphone and camera when you participate in interviews.
Before your first interview, follow these steps.
1. Go to Voice of Customer > Interviews.
2. Click on the padlock on the left of the URL bar > Site settings.
3. Set Camera and Microphone to Allow using the dropdown menus.
