Cancellations
There is no penalty if a researcher or participant cancels the session more than 12 hours before the session starts.
Late Cancellations by the Researcher
If a researcher cancels a session less than 12 hours before its start, the participant will still be compensated.
This cost will be billed to the customer, regardless of whether they are on a paid plan or have an active free trial plan for Interviews.

Late Cancellations by the Participant
If a participant cancels a session less than 12 hours before its start, they will be unlisted from receiving further invites to projects for 7 days and unable to book any further time slots for the project.
No-Shows by the Researcher
If a researcher fails to show up for a session, compensation will be paid to the participant.
This will be billed to the customer. This policy applies to both paid plans and trial versions of Interviews.
No-Shows by the Participant
If a participant fails to show up for a session, they will be blocked from receiving further invites to projects for the next 7 days.
