When will I get paid?
For Interviews, compensation payments usually get processed within 3-5 working days after the successful completion and review of a session. If you haven’t been paid 5 working days after completing your session, contact our Support team.
Compensation payments for User Tests get processed within 3-5 working days after successful completion, which occurs when participants reach the end of the test and view the final thank-you screen.
How will I be paid?
Payments are sent via Tremendous which will allow you to choose from a range of payment methods—including Paypal. To set how you'll receive payment:
- Log into Contentsquare.
- Click your profile icon in the top-right and select Edit profile.
- To be paid via PayPal, go to the Payment Details section and enter your PayPal email address into the compensation email to be used in Tremendous.
For some projects, payments are handled directly by the company running the research, not by Contentsquare. For these projects, the completion screen says: “Organization X will pay you. Contact them for any details.”
How much will I get paid?
The payment amount depends on the length of the interview and the type of test. You will earn a minimum of 15 euros per interview or 1 euro per test. The compensation is included in the project description when you get invited to apply for a project.
What currencies do you pay in?
Payments through Tremendous are made in USD by default, but participants can redeem their compensation in their local currency at the latest exchange rate.
Can I check/update my compensation email address?
You can view and edit your email address with these steps:
- Log into Contentsquare.
- Click your profile icon in the top-right and select Edit profile.
- In the Payment Details section, you'll see your compensation email address in the Payment details field.
- You can make any changes and then click Save to confirm the update.
My payment was sent to the wrong email address.
Before participating in an interview, ensure your compensation email address is correct. If you notice the email address was incorrect after we sent your compensation, please contact our Support team.
