After installing the tag, you can verify the tag installation is working and that data is being collected correctly.
Experience Analytics Web
The Growth plan includes several key capabilities within our Experience Analytics Web product. Below is a breakdown of the capabilities available on the Growth plan, along with summaries and links to relevant documentation.
Session Replay
Session Replay allows you to view exactly how users navigate your website by capturing their interactions, including clicks and scrolls. With Session Replay, you can identify usability issues and understand customer behavior in real-time.
Heatmaps
Heatmaps provide a visual representation of user interactions, highlighting user clicks, movement, and scroll actions. Analyzing a heatmap can help pinpoint areas for improvement, recognize user frustrations, and optimize your design across devices.
