What to Expect

The Contentsquare x Screeb integration enables you can get a complete overview of your user product experience. See where people struggle, ask them what you could improve, and guide your customers to success and adoption of your new features.

With the Screenb integration you can:

• Send Screeb surveys data to Contentsquare to filter your reports on responses.
• Send Contentsquare tracking data to Screeb to proactively display surveys and product tours based on visitors’ behavior.
• Access Contentsquare Session Replay from survey reports in Screeb to get the full context when you review feedback.

The activation of this integration has to be done via the Contentsquare Support team or your dedicated CSM.

Implementation

1. Read the article How to install an integration and follow the instructions to enable this integration.

2. Screeb Data is sent to Contentsquare using the Enrichment API. When a survey is answered, the survey data is sent from the Screeb platform.

3. Check that the integration is correctly installed and working as expected. Start and answer a Screeb survey and wait for the survey status to appear in Contentsquare.

Note: If the Session Replay feature is enabled in your Contentsquare account, you should also see a 'Watch Contentsquare Session Replay' button under each of your survey responses in Screeb. When you click on it, it will bring you to Contentsquare to watch the session.

Tracking Contentsquare data in Screeb

1. In Contentsquare, go to your Console and click on the 'API credential' tab and create project credentials.

2. Copy the Client ID and Secret displayed on this screen.

3. Go back to Screeb and install the Contentsquare Source integration from the integration section.

4. Paste the Client ID and Secret in the corresponding fields. Click on 'Verify Contentsquare Source credentials' to validate the information. If the details are correct, the integration should be installed.

Verifying it works

Go to your Screeb workspace settings and click on User Events. Here, you should see the Contentsquare tracking data appearing in real time. You can use this data to build your survey and product tour audiences.
