Sense is Contentsquare’s suite of generative AI capabilities designed to help summarize your users’ behavior, highlight key findings, and provide actionable next steps across your digital experience.
Sense currently includes the following capabilities:
- Chat with Sense (requires Pro or Enterprise): provides you with answers and insights to questions you ask about your data.
- Session Replay Summaries (requires Pro or Enterprise): provides you with summaries of individual or multiple replays, so you know where to focus your attention.
- Survey generator (requires VoC): automatically generates survey questions for you.
- Sentiment analysis (requires VoC): automatically summarizes and categorizes survey responses, giving you valuable insights at a glance.
How Sense works
Sense capabilities leverage Generative AI (Large Language Models - LLMs) to quickly analyze large volumes of data, providing instant insights and a deeper understanding of your users’ experience, helping you make fast and more informed decisions.
Sense capabilities that require activation
The Sense capabilities listed below require an account Admin user to first activate them by accepting Contentsquare’s AI Service Schedule. After that, Admin users also have the ability to enable/disable the individual capabilities, as needed.

How to activate these capabilities
Accepting the AI Service Schedule, referenced below, applies to all projects (including any created in future) on your Contentsquare account and is effective for all existing and future Generative AI product(s), feature(s), and service(s) provided (depending on those purchased as part of your plan).
1. As an Admin user, navigate to any of the Sense capabilities (such as Session Replay Summaries) and click the ‘Get started’ button.
2. Review the linked AI Service Schedule, check the box and click ‘Accept'.
How to enable/disable these capabilities
Admin users can control the visibility of the above mentioned Sense capabilities on a single Contentsquare project by following the steps below:
1. Navigate to the ‘Console’ by clicking your profile icon in the top right.
2. Select ‘Modules & Features’.
3. Go to the AI row and click ‘Access’.
4. Toggle on/off any of the capabilities and click ‘Save’.

I don't know who the Admin users are on my account, how can I find out?
You can contact your Customer Success Manager, or ask your internal team to identify the Admin users on your Contentsquare account. You can learn more about user management and permissions here.
