Alerts allow you to follow any KPI and to receive notifications about unusual variations on your app. Your alerts are emailed to you every morning as new data is processed every 24 hours.
Accessing Alerts
To find Alerts, just click on Alerts in the Menu
- If it's the first time you access the module, you'll land on the following page, where you can create your first alert:
If you already have running alerts, you will land by default on the list of all alerts you set, or shared by someone. See below.
List of Alerts
1. Filters: if the list of alerts you created is long, you can filter them by metric, Alert status*, interface (app, screen, or zone). Click on the Filter button to open the panel, click again on the button to close it.
2. Customize columns: Select the columns you want to display (interface, segment, alert type, variation, creation date, status, etc.)
3. Status: You can see in the status column if an alert has been triggered, or if it's simply running without having been triggered yet. Note that once you have clicked on an alert that triggered notifications, the "Triggered" status in red will be removed and will turn back to "Monitoring" status in green.
4. Edit the context or the type of alert. Duplicate, delete, or share your alert to your team.
Pending |
The algorithm processes data over the last 30 days. This means that an alert can be triggered once there are 30 days of data available. |
Monitoring | Your alert is running. |
Broken | An element of the Alert context cannot be found. Missing elements are listed in a tooltip. |
