Insights highlights the pages and page zones with the most opportunities for improvement.
How to use Insights
1. To get started, select Insights from the main menu.
2. Select a mapping and set your Analysis context. You can add an existing goal to or set a new goal.
3. Identify page groups for potential improvements by checking the displayed insights along with their business impact. The displayed list of insights is ranked by their impact.
4. To refine your search results, use the 'Filter & Sort insights' side menu. You can filter your results in the following ways:
By page group
By type of insight
You can also narrow down the displayed results 'by type of insight.' Filter by all types of insights or select a specific type (e.g., Fast back, Slow load time, Button - Multiple clicks, Field - Multiple clicks, Rage clicks)
Sort by
Use the sorting feature to arrange the insights based on:
- Impacted traffic
- Impact on goal
- Lost conversions
5. Below the filter menu, you can find a summary of the page optimization potential and insights
6. Watch Session Replay to visualize the user interaction generating the insight on your site.

7. Click on the Zone preview button to visualize the zone affected by an insight.
8. To preview the page with your insight, hover over the preview image and click on the eye icon.
9. To copy the Zone Path and view the source HTML for the site element generating the insight, click on the "Copy" CTA right next to the zone target. When the zone target is ready to be used in your browser, you will get notified with a confirmation message.
