Insights highlights the pages and page zones with the most opportunities for improvement.
How to use Insights
1. Select Insights from the main menu, then choose a mapping.
2. Set your Analysis context and you can also add an existing goal or set a new goal.
3. Identify page groups for potential improvements by checking the displayed insights along with their business impact. The displayed list of insights is ranked by their impact.
4. Use the Filter & sort insights panel to refine your results in the following ways:
- By page group: Identify page groups with potential for improvement by examining the frustration score by page group.
- By type of insights: Filter by all types of insights or select a specific insight.
- Sort by: Arrange the insights based on impacted traffic, impact on goal, or lost conversions.
5. Below the filter menu, you can find a summary of the page optimization potential and insights
6. If available, click See replays on an insight to clickthrough to Session Replay and visualize the user interaction generating the insight on your site. For more details, see our Insights and Session Replay article.
7. If available, click Zone preview to visualize the zone affected by an insight.
Hover over the preview image and click on the eye icon to preview the page.
