Visual merchandising uses Contentsquare's Zoning capabilities to help you enhance your website strategy. Now you can analyze the performance metrics of the different content and products displayed within your zones.

Navigate to Visual merchandising
Access Visual Merchandising from the Merchandising sub menu.
You can also access the module by visiting Zoning analysis and selecting 'Merchandising' from the top-left dropdown.
Zone performance
1. Belect a mapping and then set the Analysis Context.
2. Select a metric like Revenue, Number of clicks, or Attractiveness rate from the drop-down menu shown below.
Click on a zone to view its performance—a list of all your products in that specific zone (shown here).
- The Zone performance table shows you the image and name of the products displayed in the zone alongside user behavior (views, clicks, attractiveness) and conversion KPIs.
- Sort the list by any displayed KPI (Number of PV, Click rate, Attractiveness rate, etc.) or search for a specific product name, EAN or SKU.
After Click Interactions
See what visitors are viewing after clicking on a product, in a given zone. Analyze up to 30 page views after a click.
1. Click the See after click interactions
2. Select what after-click interactions you'd like to analyze

- No. of add to cart
- No. of conversion
What if no products are displayed in a zone?
If there are no products displayed in the zone you selected, you'll see this message:
