Shortcuts to Impact Quantification
Quantify from Journey analysis
Want to drill down further to investigate user behavior while analyzing a customer journey? Right-click to open the shortcuts menu and click Quantify and then select the specific page or that page's journey.
Quantify from Zoning
If you want to understand the impact of a specific in-page content interaction you identified in Zoning, right-click on zone of your choosing to open the shortcuts menu and click Quantify.
You will be then redirected to the Impact quantification module in a compare mode to immediately see the impact of that event and get the right opportunity score.
When you quantify a behavior from Zoning analysis, Impact quantification automatically compares to the opposite segment in order to help you better estimate conversion improvement opportunities.
Ex. 'Users click on Add to bag CTA' vs 'Users didn't click on Add to Bag CTA'.
Note: The Quantify option is only available when you analyze a page group from a mapping or by using a page group on the fly. When you create a zoning based on a single page, you can only use the shortcut Create a segment.
Quantify from Segments
You can also 'Quantify' from the Segment capability.
- Go to your segment's list and click "..." and then Quantify, to jump to Impact quantification for an existing segment.
Or create a new segment to 'Quantify' directly from the segment creation panel.
