Make it easy to collaborate on your analyses by using shortcuts or sharing a link to a Zoning with your teammates, or export them as PNG or PDF files.
How to export a Zoning as a PNG or PDF
- From your Zoning list, open the Zoning you want to export,
- Then click the menu at the top right corner of your Zoning menu,
- Hover over 'Download', then select PNG or PDF as your export format.
After a short time processing the export, the file will download. You can also download your Zoning by clicking on the download icon in the right panel.
How to share a Zoning link
- From your Zoning list, open the Zoning you want to share,
- Then click the 'Share' button at the top right corner of your Zoning menu,
- And click on 'Copy Link'. The link will be automatically copied to your clipboard and ready to share.
What you can do with Shortcuts
Shortcuts make it easier to both deep-dive and use multiple features in your analysis. With Shortcuts, you can quickly create new goals and segments, jump between different features and quantify a behavior, while keeping the same Analysis Context selected.
To access the shortcuts, simply right-click on the zone you want to open the shortcuts for. If you created a Zoning with the setting 'Page on the fly', you can only use the shortcuts 'Create a segment'.
Rename a zone
Rename the zone by changing the default name of the zone. It opens as a pop-up inside your zoning. To change the name, simply tape in whatever you want to call it, then click on the 'Rename' button to save your choice.
See all metrics for a zone
Open a slide-in panel showing all the metrics related to the zone you right-clicked on and your current Analysis Context.
Create a segment and see performance in impact
Create a segment based on your current Analysis Context, a specific behavior and the zone you right-clicked on. It opens a slide-in panel in which you can create, edit and save your new segment.
If you want to see how your zone is performing, click on the shortcut, it opens a slide-in panel in which you can create, edit and save your new segment.
Create a goal
Create a goal based on your current Analysis Context, a specific behavior and the zone you right-clicked on. It opens a slide-in panel in which you can create, edit and save your new goal.
Create an alert
Create an alert based on your current Analysis Context, the zone you right-clicked on, a metric and a specific segment. It opens a slide-in panel in which you can create, edit and save your new goal.
Track in Dashboard
Add a widget to an existing or new Dashboard based on the zone you right-clicked on. It opens a slide-in in which you can create, edit and save your new widget.
See clicks & hovers in Session Replay
Open the Session Replay inside your zoning to show the clicks or hovers of the Zoning under analysis. The replays shown inside the new tab are filtered based on the zone you right-clicked on and your current Analysis Context.
