Create segments based on users who experienced/did not experience errors to use across Contentsquare capabilities.
How to create an error segment
1. Open the analysis context.
2. Select 'Error' as the segment condition.
3. Select the page.
Note: If you create the segment based on a specific URL, the URL entered into the 'that equals' field must include either https://www. or www. to retrieve results, shopping.com/shoes would not retrieve results. https://www.shopping.com/shoes will retrieve results for only this exact URL and would not retrieve results from other URLs containing that path, like https://www.shopping.com/shoes/sneakers. |
4. Select whether the segment is based on users who experienced or haven't experienced the error.
5. Select the error type.
6. Click 'Save as new segment'.
