What to expect
This integration will allow you to segment users based on interactions with the Vivocha widget. It will also provide Vivocha with a session replay link, allowing you to further investigate user behavior after their chat session has ended.
What we collect
In order to have artificial pageviews triggered for these options below, you will need to ask your Contentsquare CSM or Support to enable a feature which will allow these to be sent. Note that these are specifically for usage in the Journey Analysis module of the Contentsquare application.
What we send
To properly make use of the replay feature you need to either have 100% collection ratio or ETR (Event Triggered Replay), please talk to your CSM about this.

Enter the Campaign Settings page for every campaign you want to monitor with Contentsquare and perform the following:
- Variable Identifier: ContentsquareReplayLink
- Select data type: string
- Data Collection Identifier: CSReplayLinksCollection
- Data Collection Title: Contentsquare Data Collection
- Field id: ContentsquareReplayLink
- Field name: Contentsquare Replay Link
