Implementation
Implementation Steps
There are 2 steps to complete this.
Step 1
Please go to the section How to request an integration to see the instructions to enable this integration. You can then return here once completed.
If you have already completed the step above then continue below.
Step 2
Access your UserTesting testing and go to General then Account settings
Then go to the Integrations tab
Scroll to the bottom until you see the Contentsquare integration and press Enable for account
Verifying it works
You can use the chrome extension to check the results are sent to CS
To find the replay links you should see a button for each session that was recorded.
To find the specific UTM Campaign ID (Study ID) in UserTesting you can find it in the Details tab of your study. You can see this ID to search the values in Contentsquare Dynamic Variables.
