How does a headline get triggered
Every Monday you get new headlines automatically triggered for you and your team on the project. The trigger follows a detection of a 5% variation in your KPIs by comparing the last 7 days to the previous 7 days (from Monday to Sunday). Headlines are displayed as individual widgets that surface variations in your app’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
There are four headline categories that will guide you in your action:
- Urgent: Follow our recommendations and investigate immediately!
- To monitor: This headline indicates the need to investigate an abnormal behavior, such as an overall increase in frustration score.
- Information: Factual data surfaced for you with a comparison to a market trend.
- Success: A positive variation has been detected!
Here are the KPIs that we use to trigger our headlines:
- Conversion rate (Conversion rate corresponds to the number of sessions during which visitors completed an ecommerce transaction.)
- Bounce rate (Bounce rate corresponds to the ratio between the visitors who landed on the screen and left your app without having seen a second screen and all visitors who landed on the screen.)
- Session time (The average time spent from entry on the app to app exit for each session.)
- Frustration score (Level of frustration encountered by the user while browsing on a particular screenview, based on friction indicators. The higher the score, the more frustration the user experienced.)
- Error rate (If you have Errors module enabled).
