Audit log is available on our Pro and Enterprise plans.

ⓘ The Audit log is available only to account Admins with the following features enabled:

The Audit Log helps account admins track the different actions related to personal data that users have performed in their Contentsquare project.

How to access the audit log

1. Select the settings icon

2. Select Console

3. You will be automatically redirected to the project you are currently viewing in Contentsquare.

4. Select that project's Audit log tab to view the log's item.

Type	Description
Encryption keys changes	Any changes made to the public key Encryption key changes
View what the user typed	Use of the Controlled Exposure feature in Session Replay’s player to expose encrypted input fields (what the user typed) and content
Viewed encrypted API Error details ( in Beta 🧪)	Revealing API error troubleshooting details from Session Replay’s player
