A div is a block-level element that creates a line break to form separate containers or boxes within your site page(s). You can see what part of your site's div structure a zone is targeting using Zoning analysis' Zones list. You'll find the Zones list inside the side panel of the zoning interface:
1. Click on the more options '...' menu to the right of the 'Compare' button
2. Open the Zones List
3. Click on the more options '...' menu next to the zone's name, which you want to check the target of.
The div the zone is targeting can be seen in the pop-up that opens.
Why I can't zone inside a selectable element?
Data can be collected from a selectable element (<select> div), as a whole, however, the individual options within a selectable site element (e.g. drop-down menu) cannot be collected.
Why? Because the element is browser-made by default (not developed by your developers). Contentsquare is unable to collect the clicks on individual tags with type <option> (within a select).
Ex: we can zone the menu (Chemistry) which is inside the tag <select>, however, we cannot zone the options inside (Aminated acrylate, epoxy acrylate, etc.).
