Create alerts for any KPI you want to follow, and receive notifications about unusual variations on your website. Your alerts are emailed to you every morning as new data is processed every 24 hours. This article provides an overview of the Alerts interface, if you'd like to create an alert see our How to create an Alert article.
When you visit Alerts, you'll see the following:
1. Filters: if the list of alerts you created is long, you can filter them by metric, device, Alert status*, interface (site, page, or zone). Click on the Filter button to open the panel, click again on the button to close it.
2. Customize columns: Select the columns you want to display (Device, interface, segment, alert type, variation, creation date, status, etc.)
3. Status: You can see in the status column if an alert has been triggered, or if it's simply running without having been triggered yet. Note that once you have clicked on an alert that triggered notifications, the "Triggered" status in red will be removed and will turn back to "Monitoring" status in green.
4. Edit the context or the type of alert. Duplicate, delete, or share your alert to your team.
