You can install the extension directly from the Chrome Web Store using any Chromium-based browser (e.g. Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Opera, Brave, Arc, etc.).

Install the Chrome Extension
Navigate to the CS Live Chrome extension page and follow the installation instructions.
When the extension is installed, you’ll find the CS Live icon in the top-right corner of your browser. We recommend you pin the extension to your browser, so you can easily access it when needed.

Starting the extension
Click on the CS Live icon in the top-right corner of your browser. If the icon is gray, you'll have to log in to be able to use the extension- click on the icon and follow the instructions in the pop-up that appears.
When it’s activated, the CS Live ribbon will appear at the bottom of your page. If you are already logged in to Contentsquare, the landing page will appear.

If you need to log in, a pop-up will appear from which you can access Contentsquare.

Manually updating your Chrome extension
By default, your browser will automatically update your Chrome extensions for you. However, if this setting has been disabled you might want to manually update your extension to ensure you have the latest CS Live features.
1. From your browser, click the three-dot menu in the top right corner.
2. Click ‘Extensions’, followed by ‘Manage extensions’.
3. Toggle on ‘Developer mode’ in the top right.
4. Click 'Update'. Note, this will update all of your Chrome extensions.
