What to expect

This integration will allow you to push a replay link to your Optimizely Data Platform instance so that every session will contain a link to watch a replay session of the visitors' journey.

To properly make use of the replay feature you need to either have 100% collection ratio or ETR (Event Triggered replay), please talk to your CSM about this.

Implementation Steps

There are 2 steps to configure this integration.

Step 1

Please go to the section How to request an integration to see the instructions to enable this integration. You can then return here once completed.

If you have already completed the step above then continue below.

Step 2

Inside your Optimizely Data Platform account you will need to create a new event field.

Go to Account Settings then Objects & Fields then click Create New Field.

Create a new event field exactly like this.

Choose Events in the Object Containing New Field drop down menu.

Then insert this display name in Field Display Name: Contentsquare Replay Link
Then insert this exact name in Field Name: contentsquare_replay_link

Choose Text as the Field Type.

Press Save.

Verifying it works

In your Optimizely Data Platform account go to the Event Inspector.

Go to Account Settings then Event Inspector and press Start Inspector.

Then look through events until you find a contentsquare_replay_link event.
