As a Contentsquare Admin you can access a list of your account users including Partner Users.

How to accept or reject a Partner User
1. Go to 'Console' > 'Accounts' > 'Users' > 'Partners' to view pending partners and their project access before deciding to accept or reject the request.
2. To quickly approve or reject a partner user without reviewing their project access click the '...' view more options menu and select either 'Approve all access' or 'Reject all project access'.
3. Click on a pending user to view and modify their project access before approving or rejecting.
3. Use the drop-down menu to modify project roles or click the trash icon to remove project access and then click 'Approve' or 'Reject all'.
How to edit project access for an existing Partner user
1. Click the '...' view more options menu for the Partner user you would like to edit projects for and select 'Edit user access'.
2. Use the panel to edit access:
- Use the drop-down to edit user roles for different projects.
- Click '+ Add project' to add a new project
- Click the trash icon to delete project access
3. Click 'Save changes' to finalize the partner user's rights.
How to revoke access for an existing Partner user
1. Click 'Revoke all access' to remove the partner user's access to the projects listed above. This will result in revoking access to the account.
2. Next, click 'Reject' on the prompt that appears to confirm you wish to revoke access to the account.
