If you cannot zone in Zoning Analysis, clearing the cache and reallowing the cookies may solve the issue.
Troubleshooting checklist:
1. First, clear your browser's cache and cookies. In many cases, the root cause can be related to cache. Please check if the issue is resolved after clearing the cache and cookies before moving forward.
2. Make sure the web page finishes loading before taking a snapshot in the Zoning analysis.
Important: Be sure to scroll all the way to the bottom of a page to check its loading is complete before taking your snapshot and saving it.
