How to view / add / edit Account Admins
1. Go to Settings > 'Console'
2. Click the 'Administrators' tab to view a list of users who have Admin access to your account.
3. Click the '+ Add Account Admin' button to add a new admin.
4. Click the view more options menu '...' to ' View user info' to see user details or 'Remove admin' to revoke a user's admin rights.
How to view / add / edit your primary security contact
Your primary security contact is who Contentsquare sends communications to in the event of a security issue or data breach. You are required to provide a primary security contact when you first implement Contentsquare. In the event of role or career changes these contacts can be subject to change. You can add as many Primary Security Contacts as you'd like.
Follow the instructions below to ensure your primary contact is up to date.
1. 'Settings' > 'Console' > 'Primary Contact' tab > '+ New' button
2. Enter contact information into the fields and click 'Save'.
3. Click the view more options menu '...' and click ' Edit' to edit contact information or 'Delete' to remove contact.
