Create segments based on users who experienced/did not experience API errors to use across Contentsquare capabilities.
How to create an error segment
1. Open the Analysis Context
2. Select 'Errors' as the segment condition
3. You can set up the segment based on users who visited any screen or a specific screen or screen group.
4. You can set up the segment based on whether users experienced or haven't experienced the API error.
5. You can set up the segment based on any API error, on error name, on exact error details or on error group.
Using Error segments in Dashboards
Creating an errors dashboard
1. Select 'Dashboards' from the main menu.
2. Click "Open dashboard list", followed by '+ New dashboard'.
3. Add a line chart widget to create a site-wide line graph so you can monitor sessions with errors across your App.
4. Add Single value widgets so you can focus on the errors and percentage of sessions with errors across key screens.
