Want to show someone a replay? You can share a link to any session,even with people who don't have a Contentsquare account.
How to share a replay

Click 'Share' while watching a replay.

Choose who can view it from the second dropdown:
- Only team members: Requires Contentsquare login.
- Anyone with this link: No account needed.
- Click 'Copy link' and share it.
What recipients see
Team members: Log into Contentsquare and watch right away.
Use this option for internal collaboration.
External viewers click the link, enter their email, and authenticate. An authenticated link (valid 4 hours) is sent to their email. They can reuse your link anytime by authenticating again.
Use this option for developers or stakeholders who don't needs Contentsquare access.
What they can do
- Watch a replay
- See events and existing comments
- Search within the replay
- View times in their timezone
What they can't do
- Add comments
- Take snapshots
- Share with others
Good to know
Shared replays last as long as your retention period (based on your plan). You can regenerate links anytime.
If you delete the original replay, the shared version is deleted too.
