The 'Reverse journey' button allows you to visualize users' paths from exit pages to landing pages. See the journeys users took before viewing a page for the last time and understand why your users exited.
All Journeys 'to exit page groups'
Click on 'Reverse journey' to view the visualization for journeys to exit page groups. Note that the inner circle represents your users's exit pages, not landing pages, when journeys have been reversed.
- The inner-circle represents the page groups where users exited.
- The second circle that follows represents the paths the users take before reaching the exit page groups.
- The site entry (landing) pages are all shaded in a light/transparent purple color
