Once you've built a funnel, there are several ways to share your findings, whether you're collaborating with teammates, presenting to stakeholders, or keeping track of a key journey over time.
Share a funnel via a link
Sharing a funnel link lets anyone in your Contentsquare workspace open the exact funnel you've configured, including all your step definitions and settings, without having to rebuild it themselves.
To share your funnel, click the 'Copy link'. The link is automatically copied to your clipboard and ready to share.
A funnel link stays active as long as the same page URL has been accessed at least once in the last 30 days. Clearing your browser cache won't affect it.
Add a funnel to a dashboard
Requires Growth, Pro and Enterprise plans.
Adding a funnel to a Dashboard lets you and your team monitor a key journey over time without having to rebuild the funnel each time. It's the best option when you want to track something ongoing, like your checkout flow or sign-up funnel.
To add your funnel to a Dashboard:
-
Click 'Add to dashboard' in the top-right corner of the funnel.
-
Select a Dashboard from the drop down menu.
-
Click 'Next step'.
- Customize the funnel widget:
- Enter a widget name
- Review the funnel steps
-
Update the device and segment of your funnel (if needed)
-
Click 'Add widget'.
When you add a funnel to a Dashboard, it will always display data by sessions. If you have the Users tab selected in your funnel, that setting won't carry over to the Dashboard.
Export a funnel as a CSV file
Requires Pro and Enterprise plans
Exporting your funnel as a CSV file lets you work with the raw data outside of Contentsquare, for deeper analysis, custom reporting, or sharing with stakeholders who don't have access to the platform.
To export your funnel, click 'Export' and your CSV file will download automatically.
Exported CSV files are only available for 7 days after they are created. After that they are permanently deleted, so make sure to save your file somewhere accessible as soon as you download it.
