What are Funnels
Funnels helps you understand how users move through the moments that matter most on your site, think checkout, sign-up, or onboarding flows. It shows you not just where users end up, but exactly where they stop along the way.
When users drop off, revenue and conversions go with them. Funnels gives you the data you need to find those drop-off points fast, investigate what's going wrong, and prioritize the fixes that'll have the greatest impact.
What can you do with Funnels
Find the step where you're losing the most users
Funnels visualize your chosen journey step by step, showing you exactly where users are leaving. Instead of guessing, you can see which step has the biggest problem; whether that's a sign-up form, a payment page, or anything in between.
Understand the scale of the problem
For each step, you'll see the actual number of user sessions that reached it, and how many dropped off. This helps you to prioritize: a 40% drop-off affecting thousands of users every day is more urgent than one affecting a handful.
Watch what real users actually did
Spotted a big drop-off? You can jump straight into replays of real user sessions at that exact step, seeing what's confused them, where they got stuck, or what made them leave. (Requires on Growth, Pro, and Enterprise plans.)
Compare different groups of users
You can run your funnel for two different groups at the same time. For example, mobile users vs. desktop users, or users from last month vs. this month, to see if one group is struggling more than the other. (Available on Growth, Pro and Enterprise plans.)
Track the same journey over time
Save your funnels to a Dashboard to monitor them regularly. You'll be able to see whether things are improving after you make a change, or whether a new issue has appeared.
