Leverage Session Replay to better understand what your visitors experience by visualizing their real-time experience. For example: Use Session Replay to identify an element causing user frustration and understand its business impact.
1. Go to Session Replay from the main menu, or play back a replay associated with an error from the error side panel in the 'Error Analysis' module (Pro or Enterprise plan).
2. Select the blue play button to play a session.
3. From the Event Stream on the left, click the 'Filters' drop down menu to filter the events (JS errors, API and/or Custom errors* click prints, non input key strokes, user clicks, pages) that you'd like to view.
*The error types available are dependent on your plan. API and Custom errors require Pro or Enterprise plan.
Excluded errors
By default, excluded errors do not appear in the event stream or on the timeline. Checking the excluded errors in the filter panel twill surfaces excluded errors. they will appear with an "Excluded" label.
4. (requires Pro or Enterprise plan) Click the error/action checkbox and select the 'Quantify' button to be redirected to Impact Quantification.
5. Once on Impact Quantification, use the Opportunity widget to understand the impact on conversion and revenue.
6. Use the Localize widget to understand the impact of action/error across:
- Devices
- Browsers
- OS
