Contentsquare offers different implementation processes depending on your plan type. This ensures you get the right level of support to install the Contentsquare tag and start collecting data.
Implementation by plan type
Your implementation experience will differ depending on whether you have a Free or Growth plan, or a Pro or Enterprise plan.
Free and Growth plans: self-service implementation
Free and Growth customers independently manage the installation of the Contentsquare tag. After signing up for an account, you'll be guided through the setup process in-app.
The process includes:
- Guided in-app setup after signing up.
- Multiple installation options: Choose to manually install the Contentsquare tag or follow a platform-specific installation.
- In-app tag verification: Verify the installation has worked directly in-app.
Pro and Enterprise plans: Managed implementation
Pro and Enterprise customers receive dedicated implementation support through their onboarding process.
The managed implementation includes:
- A dedicated Customer Success Manager.
- Training sessions with our experts.
- Advanced implementation options: Access to the Contentsquare Tag Configurator (CSTC) for complex customizations.
- Use of the Contentsquare Tracking setup assistant to check the configuration of the Contentsquare tag and monitor pageviews, transactions, and custom variables sent to Contentsquare’s servers.
