You can try the User Lifecycle extension for free for 90 days.
Note: Non-admin users will see instructions to contact their Console Admin to initiate the trial
1. Click on 'User Lifecycle' from the main menu.
2. Click 'Start free trial' and follow the on screen steps.
Note: If you are a non admin you will see which admins on your project can activate the extension for you.
Warning
Activating the User Lifecycle extension generates a new cookie, _cs_s_ctx, on your website. This cookie stores session context data in JSON or compressed base64 format. Because of its value structure, it can trigger WAF (Web Application Firewall) security rules on your server, "particularly rules detecting XSS and SQL injection patterns, and can cause pages on your live site to fail if it is blocked."
Before enabling the extension, ask your IT or security team to add a WAF exception for the _cs_s_ctx cookie
3. As an admin, click on the 'Enable' button for the projects you wish to enable the extension for. You will be prompted to accept the legal terms if they have not already been accepted.
