How to replay sessions with errors
Click to watch a relevant replay directly from an error, with the replay starting moments before the error occurred.
A) From Error Analysis, hover over any error and click the 'See replays' button.
B) Click on an error to open its side panel and scroll down to 'See replays'. If applicable, you may also have the option to see replays with error after click.
How to quantify the error's impact from Session Replay
Use the replay's event stream to when the error was triggered. Click the check box, followed by the 'Quantify' button to be redirected to the Impact capability.
From Impact, analyze the number of users affected by this error, the revenue opportunity, and deep dive into the root cause.
Click on the 'Localize' tab to get more context about the error and see which App Versions, OS versions, and Networks are affected.
