For Google Chrome (Windows & Mac)
- Open: Chrome.
- Press: the keyboard shortcut:
Ctrl+Shift+Delete(Windows) orCommand+Shift+Delete(Mac) to open the "Clear browsing data" window. - Select: a time range from the dropdown menu (e.g., "Last 24 hours").
- Check: the box next to "Cookies and other data".
Click: "Delete data" or "Clear now".
For Mozilla Firefox (Windows & Mac)
- Open: Firefox.
- Press: the keyboard shortcut:
Ctrl+Shift+Delete(Windows) orCommand+Shift+Delete(Mac) to open the "Clear history" window. - Select: a time range, such as "Everything," from the dropdown menu.
- Check: the box for "Cache".
Click: "OK" or "Clear Now".
For Safari (Mac)
- Open: Safari.
- Click: the Safari menu in the top-left corner of your screen.
- Select: "Settings" (or "Preferences") and then click the "Privacy" tab.
- Click: "Manage Website Data".
Click: "Remove All" and then "Remove Now" to confirm.
After clearing cache and cookies, for the changes to take effect, you may need to close and restart your browse
