How do Contentsquare plans work?

Contentsquare offers multiple products that include capabilities and features designed to help you understand and enhance your users' experience.
- Experience Analytics helps increase engagement and conversion with session replay, heatmaps, and more.
- Voice of Customer helps improve user happiness based on feedback.
- Product Analytics helps improve user journeys, retention, and loyalty.
For each of the Contentsquare products listed above, you can select an individual plan for that product: Free, Growth, Pro, or Enterprise. Visit the Contentsquare pricing page to find out more about each plan.
How does billing work?
Your selected plan for each Contentsquare product applies at the account-level and billing also occurs at the account-level.
Here are some key elements to how billing works:
- You can only have one payment method on your account at a time.
- Payment methods include credit card or paypal.
- The recurring payment covers all plans applied to your account.
- European-based customers are billed in Euros (EUR) and customers outside of this region are billed in U.S. dollars (USD).
- When changing from a monthly to a yearly billing cycle, a full one year subscription will be billed from the date of the change and the one year subscription will start from that date.

Can I use Contentsquare for free?
Yes, you can select the Free plan for Contentsquare products you'd like to use for free. Learn more about our pricing and plans on the Contentsquare pricing page.
How can I change billing cycle?
An account admin can switch the billing cycle from monthly to yearly in the Subscriptions page.
What happens if I exceed the session limit for my Experience Analytics plan?
When your session allowance limit is reached, new data won't be collected for the remainder of your billing cycle. To continue collecting data you can upgrade the session allowance for your plan or wait until your allowance resets at the next billing cycle date. We recommend selecting a plan that allows you to capture every session.
Where can I see my session usage limit?
You can use the Session usage widget in the left-hand side menu to see how many sessions you have captured this month out of your total plan allowance.
An automated email is sent when you reach a specific usage threshold which includes, current usage status, sessions consumed vs. allowance, time to next reset, what happens at 100% usage, and available options.
Are there any discounts?
There is a 20% yearly discount when paying on a yearly billing cycle.
How do I manage my weekly summary emails settings?
- Go to your Profile.
- Click 'Edit Profile'.
- Scroll down to 'Weekly summary email' and check or uncheck the box depending on your preference.
