This article guides you on how to update your payment or invoice details.
Before you begin
- Only your Account Admin can make payment or invoice changes.
- You can only have one payment method on your account.
How to update payment details
Click on your profile image and select ‘Subscription’.
Click ‘Payment details’.
Click ‘Edit’.
Enter in the new payment details or click ‘Paypal’ to connect your PayPal account.
- Click 'Set Payment Details'.
When updating your payment details, your bank may ask you to re-verify your subscription amount.
Any updates to billing details may require additional bank verification. You won't be charged today for the amount in your bank's verification window when editing payment details. You'll be charged for your subscription at your next billing date.
How to update invoice details
Click on your profile image and select ‘Subscription'.
Click ‘Invoices’.
- Click 'Edit'.
Edit the invoice details and click ‘Save invoice details’.
These details will be included in all future invoices we issue for your account.
