Access level permissions define the level of access assigned to individual users in your Contentsquare account.

What can each access level do in Contentsquare?
There is no additional cost involved for adding team members or changing their permissions
levels.
| Access level | Description | Permissions |
|---|---|---|
| View access (Viewer) | Can perform simple analysis using already created data objects |
|
| Edit access (Analyst) | Can create and edit their data objects for their analysis. |
Viewer permissions, plus:

| Full access (Expert) | Can create and edit all data objects shared across the project. They can add more users to a project. |

How to change a user's access level
Note: Only and Admin or Full access (Expert) can change user access levels.
To change a project-level access level (Viewer, Analyst, or Expert)

Click on ‘Projects and users’ from your profile menu.
- Click on the 'Users' tab
- Find the relevant user and click the access drop-down menu.
- Select either Viewer, Analyst, or Expert.
To change an account-level role (Admin or Member)

Click your profile icon and select Account settings.
- Select Users from the left navigation and click on a user to open their profile.

Use the Role dropdown on the Overview tab to update their role.
- Click 'Save' to confirm any changes.
