FAQs
What happens to my projects if I downgrade from Growth to free?
The Free plan supports 1 project. If you have more than one project on your Growth plan, your two most recently created projects will automatically become inactive and move to your archived list when the downgrade takes effect, no action is required. You can still access historical data in those archived projects for the duration of your data retention period, but data collection will stop.
Can I use Contentsquare for free?
Yes. You can downgrade to the Free plan at any time. Visit the Contentsquare pricing page to compare what's included in each plan.
When I downgrade from a paying plan, when does that plan stop applying?
When downgrading a paying plan in the middle of a billing cycle, it will remain on the plan originally selected until the end of the current billing cycle. Once the new billing cycle begins, you will no longer be charged for the older plan. This includes our monthly and yearly subscriptions.
