If you are unable to log in to CS Live you will receive a prompt with a blank screen.
Open the CS Live extension
Right-click on the extension icon and select 'Inspect Pop-up'
- Once the Dev tool is open, go to the 'Application' tab.
Click on 'Clear site data' (also include the checkbox for 3rd party cookies)
- Navigate back to the site where you were using the CS Live extension and try to log in to CS Live again.
