Sense is Contentsquare's suite of generative AI capabilities designed to help you understand user behavior faster. Sense capabilities leverage Generative AI (Large Language Models LLMs), to analyze large volumes of data, providing instant insights into your users' digital experience so you can make informed decisions without manual analysis.

Sense Analyst is available as a paid add-on or free 30 day trial for Pro and Enterprise plans only.
Sense Analyst automatically pulls insights from across multiple Contentsquare to deliver comprehensive analysis plans with prioritized recommendations. Sense Analyst operates as a centralized experience where you can have ongoing conversations, save and schedule prompts, and receive consultative insights with actionable recommendations that span across your entire data set.

Sense Chat
Sense Chat requires Growth, Pro or Enterprise plans.
Your AI assistant available from the top navigation bar in Contentsquare. Ask questions about the data you're currently viewing in Journey Analysis, Funnels, Zoning, and more, to get instant answers. Sense Chat analyzes the specific data within that capability, making it perfect for quick, focused questions as you explore the platform.
Best for: Quick questions, learning the platform, exploring data one analysis at a time.

Getting started with Sense
To access and use the Sense capabilities (listed below) the AI schedule must be part of your contract with Contentsquare or accepted by an Admin user on your account.

How to activate these capabilities
Accepting the AI Service Schedule, referenced below, applies to all projects (including any created in future) on your Contentsquare account and is effective for all existing and future Generative AI product(s), feature(s), and service(s) provided (depending on those purchased as part of your plan).
1. As an Admin user, navigate to any of the Sense capabilities (such as Session Replay Summaries) and click the ‘Get started’ button.
2. Review the linked AI Service Schedule, check the box and click ‘Accept'.
How to disable these capabilities
To opt-out and disable any of the above mentioned AI capabilities, please reach out to Support or contact your Customer Success Manager.

I don't know who the Admin users are on my account, how can I find out?
You can contact your Customer Success Manager, or ask your internal team to identify the Admin users on your Contentsquare account. You can learn more about user management and permissions here.
