Plan Availability: Sense Analyst is available as a paid add-on for customers on Pro and Enterprise plans. Account admins can start a 30-day free trial.
Connect apps to bring relevant information from the tools you use into Sense Analyst conversations. This can help you add project context, find related information, and bring your Contentsquare analysis together with the rest of your work.
Before you begin
To connect most apps, make sure that:
- You have access to Sense Analyst.
- You have an account for the third-party app you want to connect.
- You have permission to authorize that app.
During the connection flow, you’ll be asked to review and approve the permissions requested by the app. Sense Analyst can only access the data and capabilities available through the permissions you grant.
Connect an app
- Open Sense Analyst.
- Select the settings icon to open Sense settings.
- Select Connected apps.
- Find the app you want to connect.
- Select Connect.
- Follow the instructions to authorize your account. Review the permissions requested by the app before approving the connection.
After authorization, the app appears as Connected.
Connect an app during a conversation
If your question requires an app you haven’t connected yet, Sense Analyst displays a connection card in the conversation. Some apps may require administrator approval before the connection can be completed.
- Review the connection request.
- Select Connect.
- Follow the instructions to authorize your account.
- Return to the Sense Analyst conversation.
After the connection is complete, Sense Analyst continues with your original request.
Manage or disconnect an app
- Open Sense settings > Connected apps.
- Find the connected app.
- Select the more options icon.
- Select Manage permissions or Disconnect.
Disconnecting an app removes the connection and its associated permissions.
