This article explains how to activate and configure your free 30-day Sense Analyst trial. Only Account Admins can activate the trial.
Before you begin
- You must be an Account Admin to activate the Sense Analyst trial.
- The trial is available for Pro and Enterprise plans only.
- Each account can activate the trial once.
- The trial activates Sense Analyst at the account level, making it available to all users across all projects of the account.
- The trial lasts for 30 days from the activation date.
Step-by-step setup flow

Click ‘Sense Analyst’ from the main menu in the platform.
- Click 'Start free trial'.
- Review and accept the AI terms (if required)
- If you have not accepted AI terms previously, you will be asked to review and the terms in the modal that appears.
- Click 'Start trial' to confirm the trial activation.
- Once confirmed:
- Sense Analyst immediately becomes available for all users in your account.
- You and your team will receive an email notification confirming the trial has started.
- Your trial period begins counting down from 30 days.

You will see a trial counter in the platform header which will display the number of remaining days in the trial.

FAQs
What happens when my 30 day trial ends?
Sense Analyst access is paused after your 30-day trial expires, but all conversation history and saved prompts are preserved. Contact your Customer Success Manager to upgrade, which will immediately restore access to your trial data.
Can I start a trial for just one project or does it apply to my whole account?
Sense Analyst trials are account-level, not project-level. When an Account Admin starts a trial, all projects and all users in your account get access to Sense Analyst for the 30-day trial period. You cannot limit the trial to specific projects or users.
How can I see how many days are left on my Sense Analyst trial?
A trial counter appears in the platform header, displaying how many days remain in your trial.
