Plan Availability: Sense Analyst is available as a paid add-on for customers on Pro and Enterprise plans. Account admins can start a 30-day free trial.
Agentic Memory helps Sense Analyst remember useful information about your work, preferences, and analysis workflows. This means you don’t have to repeat the same context every time you start a conversation.
If no Memory exists when you start a conversation, Analyst may ask a few questions to personalize your experience. You can skip these questions and continue with your analysis.
Tell Analyst what to remember
You can tell Analyst what you want it to remember. For example:
Remember that I always start my analysis with mobile users.
Agentic Memory only saves information related to work and digital analytics. It does not save every detail from your conversations.
Manage your Memory
To review or manage your saved memories:
- Open Sense Analyst.
- Select the settings icon in the top-right corner.
- Open the Memory tab.
From there, you can view, delete, or clear your saved memories.
To correct a memory, tell Analyst to update it in a conversation. For example:
Update my preferred device to Desktop.
Deleting a memory stops Analyst from using it in future conversations. It does not delete the conversation where the information appeared.
Turn off Agentic Memory
You can use the toggles in the Memory tab to:
- Stop Analyst from saving new memories.
- Stop Analyst from referring to previous conversations.
Turning off these options does not delete your saved memories. To delete them, use Delete or Clear all in the Memory tab.
How Agentic Memory helps Analyst
Agentic Memory uses saved information to personalize future Sense Analyst conversations.
For example, Analyst may:
- Suggest an analysis approach that matches your usual workflow.
- Focus on the device or page area you regularly investigate.
You can give Analyst new instructions at any time. Your instructions apply to the conversation you are having.
